The design included a new combined utility and dog-room, with a large open plan kitchen-diner, with extra living space tucked around the corner. The proposal includes ample daylighting with a rooflight, slot window overlooking the garden, and feature corner doors facing the front and side gardens.

The family have instantly made this their new favourite part of their ‘house of gin’ home, enjoying family time all together whether it be cooking, entertaining, chilling, playing with the dogs, or watching the kids on the trampoline; everyone’s happy together!
