Our clients sought to create an open-plan kitchen and dining space, ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. With a generous plot, we maximized the views and connection to the outdoor space, ensuring the layout suited their lifestyle and needs.

OSB ARCHITECTS' design not only delivers the sought-after open-plan layout, but also creates a versatile, multi-functional space tailored to the occupants’ mood. A large central island unit, positioned in a private corner with breakfast seating, anchors the kitchen. Adjacent to this, an eight-seat dining table sits under a feature roof lantern, while a partially glazed bifold door leads into the living room, allowing seamless flow for entertaining. A bespoke window seat nestled in the hedgerow offers a quiet retreat, while a large roof overhang with soffit lighting provides an ideal spot to enjoy the evening light, overlooking the raised patio and gardens.The expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, coupled with large windows, the roof lantern, and the bespoke window seat, invite abundant natural light and foster a strong connection to nature.
