Following completion of our Part 1 Spatial Design services, we commence your detailed technical drawing package. We work with local trusted consultants and will guide & advice you with regards to assembling the wider design team required to fully develop your technical design, which usually includes a Structural Engineer.

 We discuss any remaining design decisions with you, offer you detailed advice & product recommendations, show you material samples where required, and complete a thorough technical drawing pack for submission to Building Control on your behalf.

 

Upon completion of our Part 2 Technical Design services we can also put you in touch with builders to obtain prices from our thorough technical drawings.
