OSB ARCHITECTS designed this fabulous extension which includes a seriously impressive open plan kitchen diner with internal remodelling works.

The interior remodelling works incorporates a partial garage conversion to accommodate a separate downstairs utility and WC space. The original kitchen-diner and separate small living room are opened up into one overall combined large open space along the full width of the house, with new full height glazing and patio doors. A new extension with vaulted roof provides a simply stunning new living room space with jaw-worthy views out across the corner garden plot. The extent of glazing emphasises both the sunny south and the evening westerly natural daylight creating a beautiful sun-filled hot spot. The existing living room is to be fitted with new partially glazed internal bifolding doors to allow the full extent of the house, right from the front to the back, to be opened up when desired.

 

The design creates a fantastic entertaining space suitable for entertaining many guests, as well as providing a beautiful setting to enjoy the beautiful immediate surroundings.
