Our clients wanted to knock down an old crumbling sun lounge and replace it with a new open plan kitchen – diner extension. We continued our 100% planning success rate with a practical and 'straightforward' design solution that meets the clients needs in terms of budget and expectation.

The architectural design is both functional and delightful with the addition of enhanced connections to the garden and improved natural daylighting levels via sliding aluminium doors, a flat rooflight and a feature roof lantern – all of which combine to create a stunning space. 
The design is also appropriate to the context, provides an open plan kitchen – dining – family space alongside the much desired separate utility room, which is always a welcomed addition to any young family home!
