Planning successfully received for another local Wollaton project proposing to convert their existing 2.5 bed house into a larger, more functional 3.5 bed home with an improved 'family' focus.

​Design changes include a new master bedroom with en-suite, a new single bedroom, a new family bathroom, an office (converted from the original box-bedroom), a downstairs W.C, useful outside store space, new utility, new open plan kitchen and adjacent sun-room off a remodelled family dining room to create a spacious and light-filled family gathering space. The design pushes the limits of development with single and two storey extensions to both the side and rear of the existing house.
