We designed this beautiful single storey flat roof extension to a property in Wymeswold, Leicestershire.
Our clients wanted to create a garden room style extension to incorporate a large dining room with some additional space for yoga practice, whilst making some internal remodelling to create a film room, and a utility space.
Our designs proposed a single storey brickwork extension with flat green-roof design, including a feature roof lantern, slimline sliding doors and a frameless glass box oriel window seat perfect for relaxing and reading a good book whilst looking on to the garden space.
Our design ticked everything off the clients original wish-list, with the ‘added bonus’ of a delightful window seat, feature roof lantern and green roof which are all wonderful aids to improving wellbeing.
