We delivered this small, yet mighty, front porch project, alongside a garage conversion and general site improvements.
Our client wanted to create a more distinctive and welcoming front entrance to their family home with the addition of a porch area.
We assisted our clients by discussing through their design options, guiding them through the feasibility and planning submission stages followed by helping with the technical aspects of building control and appointing a reputable local builder.
The design includes a contemporary coloured render that compliments the existing brickwork tones, a beautiful contemporary glazed door and a soffit overhang with recessed spotlights, effectively becoming a storm porch.
