Our clients priority was to include a home office and a fab space for their lego collection that could also double up as a guest bedroom when needed.
Having assessed options of either a garage or loft conversion, we opted for a full width rear dormer loft conversion with maximised natural daylight to create even more of a wow factor to the most epic lego playroom (/ guest bedroom space) any kid, or adult, could dream of!
The re-design proposal includes some internal remodelling / reconfiguration works to allow both parents to have their very own home office space, as well as providing a larger bedroom for their son.
Having gone through the feasibility design process with our clients we discussed through the options to arrive at the current solution which enables the family to create their ideal home to suit their current needs, whilst also futureproofing the design for simple conversion to allow for increased potential re-sale value.
