Originally appointed to produce technical designs on an existing scheme proposal, due to unexpected circumstances we were required to complete an urgent re-design and planning re-submission before builders were due to start on site. Creating a new slightly scaled-back design solution in record breaking time, we refined the design ideas following a similar overall ethos, to perfect a finalised solution that everyone was Happy with. Adapting the previous full 2 storey side extension and full width rear single storey extension with roof lantern into a set-back 2 storey side extension on the opposite side and a stepped single storey rear extension to reduce the overall built impact.

​The design transforms a tired 3 bed traditional property into a luxurious and spacious family home including the 'dream' master-bed with walk through dressing room & ensuite, alongside a generous family bathroom and 4 beautiful bedrooms to the first floor. Downstairs includes a truly stunning contemporary open plan kitchen-dining-living space directly overlooking the garden, with separate hidden pantry and designated utility / cloak room, home study and gym room!
